You can specify the settings only if the server blade is powered on.

Displays the user names of the registered account.
Displays the number of days remaining until the password
expiration date.
Adds an account. In a dialog box that appears, enter the user
name and password for an account to be added.
Removes the selected account.
Changes the password of the selected account.
Closes the Manage user account dialog box, and returns you to
the LPAR Manager tab.
