"DDD>=Y" : The first "DDD" day after the "Y" date."DDD" is "Sun",
"Mon", "Tue", "Wed", "Thu", "Fri" or "Sat". "Y" is from 1 to 31.
"DDD<=Y" : The first "DDD" day before the "Y" date.. "DDD" is "Sun",
"Mon", "Tue", "Wed", "Thu", "Fri" or "Sat". "Y" is from 1 to 31.
Time uses 'hh:mm' format.
