Command
modify user account -i <user_id> [-s <status>] [-r <role_id>] [-l
<language>] [-c <cli_prompt>] [-t <logout_time>] [-p <password>]
[-e <expired_login>] [-F]
Description
Changes the settings for an account.
Specify an account name that is already registered. Change the settings for
the specified account. When you change settings, changes to the settings for
language and CLI console prompt, are applied to the CLI console to which the
user is currently logged in. When using the Web console, to apply the
changed language settings, you need to log out. You can use the changed
password and session timeout period the next time you log in. You cannot
change the status or role of an account that is currently logged in. You cannot
change the status or role name for your own account.
Role
Account
A user without account privilege can only modify its own account.
Parameters
-i <user_id>
Specify the name of the account whose password is to be changed. You
can use a maximum of 31 alphanumeric characters, hyphens (-), periods
(., and underscores (_). You can specify only an alphanumeric character
for the first character. You cannot omit this parameter.
-s <status>
Modifies the account is enabled or disabled. You can make an account
temporarily unusable without deleting it by disabling the account.
enable: the account user can log in.
disable: the account user cannot log in.
When this item is omitted, the status is not modified. You cannot modify
the status for your own account.
-r <role_id>
Modifies a role name using up to 31 alphabetical characters. When this
item is omitted, the role name is not modified. You cannot modify the role
for your own account.
-l <language>
Modifies a language used when you log in with this account, which is
selected from English, Japanese, and Follows the system settings. When
English or Japanese is selected, the selected language is used regardless
