Shows the following Optional Physical WWN changed logs.
• Date and time when a log is collected
• Information of a port with changed WWN: Server blade number, card
number, and port number on the card
• Type of changed WWN: WWNN or WWPN
• WWN before and after changed
• From which change is requested
