Corrective Action

Check that the connector is completely open and then select
to eject the cartridge.
Replace

Diagnostics > Cartridges > Eject AQC Cartridge
If you are not able to replace the cartridge, in Setup,
NOTE:
turn the AutomaticQC option off to continue analyzing patient
samples.

If the problem persists, call for technical assistance.
