Cleaning the Sample Path

Use this procedure to clean the sample path with bleach.
You need the following materials for this task:
• 10% bleach solution
• syringe
• lint-free tissue or swabs
• deproteinizer
• test/blank reference sensor (TB5)
• test/blank Glucose sensor (TB4)
• test/blank Lactate sensor (TB4)
BIOHAZARD:
Refer to Appendix A, Protecting Yourself from Biohazards for recommended
precautions when working with biohazardous materials.
