HVAC PANEL ILLUMINATION
Probable Cause
D The open or a short in the power supply
circuit to the fuse Ef12.
D Fuse Ef12 is blown.
D The circuit between the fuse Ef12 and the
terminal 2 of the HVAC panel illumination
connector is the open circuit or a short
circuit.
D Faulty the HVAC panel illumination
connector.
D HVAC panel illumination bulb is blown.
D Open ground (G201) circuit.
Correction
D Repair or Replace the wiring
harness.
D Replace the fuse Ef12
D Repair or Replace the wiring
harness.
D Repair or Replace the
instrument panel illumination
connector.
D Replace the bulb.
D Repair the open ground
circuit.
