the hunt groups channel selection mode which is defined in the Hunt Group Settings table

To use hunt groups you must also do the following.
You must assign a hunt group ID to the VoIP gateway channels on the Endpoint Phone
Number screen. For information on how to assign a hunt group ID to a channel,

You can configure the Hunt Group Settings table to determine the method in which new
calls are assigned to channels within the hunt groups (a different method for each hunt
group can be configured). For information on how to enable this option, see
the Hunt Group
Settings. If a Channel Select Mode for a specific hunt group is not
specified, then the global Channel Select Mode parameter (defined in General
Parameters screen under Advanced Parameters) applies.
