Description
The FDIAG command activates the frequency diagnostic routine, which
returns the frequency of the specified oscillator.
Parameters
LO
SMP
HARM
MROLL
POSTSC
RAWOSC
In multiband sweeps, the above frequencies correspond to the band
NOTE
being swept when the command is executed.

returns the first local oscillator frequency
corresponding to the current start frequency.
returns the sampling oscillator frequency
corresponding to the current start frequency.
returns the sampler harmonic number corresponding to
the current start frequency.
returns the frequency corresponding to the current
setting of the fractional N phase locked loop.
returns the value of the postscaler, either 5, 6, or 7.
returns the fractional N VCO frequency
