27) Installing Reed Valve,
Intake Manifold and Intake Silencer.
1. Attach reed valve, intake manifold and gaskets to crank
case. Attach and tighten securing bolts
specified torque in the order of the numbers shown.
Bolts -
1
9 N · m (7 lb · ft) [0.9 kgf · m]
· Use new gaskets.
· When reusing reed valve mounting screw, apply
screw lock #1342.
2. Install new o ring and carburetor. Tighten bolts to specified
torque.
Bolts :
6 N · m (4 lb · ft) [0.6 kgf · m]
