32) Installing Power Unit

Attach O ring 1 coated with two stroke engine oil to crank

2. Attach crank case head to cylinder ass'y taking care of the
orientation.

3. Clean mating faces of engine base and cylinder ass'y, and
then, attach dowel pins 3 gasket.
4. Install power unit securely, and tighten engine mount bolts
4 specified torque.
5. Install other parts reverse of their removing steps.

Install crank case head so that the mark "A" is at
front side (crank case side) of engine.
2st OIL
Use new engine base gasket.
Engine Mount Bolts 4 :
20 N · m (14.5 lb · ft) [2 kgf · m]
Be careful not to catch wires and hoses and other
parts between engine base mating surfaces.
After installing power unit, make sure to check
and adjust throttle cable.
