4 Disconnect the negative battery cable.
Disconnect the instrument cluster
connector.
Connect the keyless control module
(without advanced keyless control
system)/keyless control module (with
advanced keyless control system)
connector.
Connect the negative battery cable.
Turn the ignition switch to the ON
position.
Does the security light illuminate?
