No Write the CD-R/RW with the correct specification.
YesReplace with the CD-R/RW known to be good (record audio data
only), then inspect the CD player operation.
No Go to the next step.
YesClean the disc or replace with the CD-R/RW known to be good.
No Replace the audio unit.

If the CD-R/RW plays:
Audio system is normal. Explain to the customer
that the CD player does not operate properly if
the audio data and other data are recorded in
the CD-R/RW.
If the CD-R/RW does not play:
Replace the audio unit.
