Turn the ignition switch to LOCK
position
Disconnect the audio amplifier
connector (8-pin, 16-pin).
Inspect the continuity between the
audio amplifier connector and
ground:
Terminal 1G (8-

For front
speaker
Terminal 2D (16-
pin, LH OUT+)—

Terminal 2B (16-
pin, LH OUT-)—

For front tweeter
Terminal 2I (16-

NOTE:
If there is a short circuit
between the speaker
harness or speaker lead wire
and ground, the protector
circuit inside the audio unit
operates to cut the sound.
