Probable Cause Indicates a blade regulation problem was reported on the specified slot number. The blade is
faulted.

Recommended Make sure the blade is seated correctly. If the blade is seated correctly, restart or power cycle the
Action blade. Run the systemVerification command to verify that the blade does not have any hardware
problems. To run this command root access is required. Refer to the Fabric OS Command
Reference for more information on this command. If the message persists, replace the blade.
