Probable Cause A FRU could not be transitioned to the requested state. This is usually an internal Fabric OS
problem.
Recommended Reboot or power-cycle the CP or system.

Recommended Verify that the blade is valid for use in this system and this version of Fabric OS.
Action
Try reseating the blade.
If this is a valid blade and reseating does not fix the problem, then replace the blade.
