2.6.5 Running diagnostics

8. Select the FPGA Bus from the left side list.
Tests the FGPA bus communication with the CPU. The FPGA bus
functions properly if no errors (Error Count) are counted.
If the test fails, try to reboot the X-ray unit and test again. If the problem
persists, the CPU PCB should be replaced.
9. Touch the green check mark button when ready.
With the diagnostics programs you can test the function of several X-ray unit
functions and components.
TIP
The X-ray unit displays instructions for each test.
NOTE
Depending on the X-ray unit configuration, different diagnostic alternatives
are available in the Diagnostics menu.
1. Enter the technical settings menu.
See more in section "Entering technical settings menu" on page 51.
2. Select the Troubleshooting (3500) > Diagnostics (3530).
3. Select the Patient Support (3531).
In the Patient Support view, you can select the following tests.
