Tube voltage too high.
Tube voltage overshot suddenly without
arching.
Tube current missing completely.
Tube current too low.
Tube current too high.
Severe arcing across the X-ray tube.
Severe arcing at tube head anode end.
Severe arcing at tube head cathode
end.
Exposure pulsing fault.
Conflict between assembled and
configured X-ray tube type.
