Technical manual
The following dose information is measured in a dosimetry phantom (head
phantom) that is compatible with the specification in international standard
IEC 60601-2-44 chapter 29.1.102.2.
The phantom is a cylinder (diameter = height = 160 mm) made of PMMA.
Holes have been drilled into the phantom, parallel to the axis of the cylinder.
Inside these holes a dose meter can be inserted. Holes which are not being
used for measurement are filled with rods made of the same material.
