At PM level of
MAP display,
post the STAR
Busy the STAR
Offline the STAR
Disconnect power
from PDC to
the Hub
Set circuit
breakers on
FSP to Off
Remove power
fuses for STAR
at the power
distribution
center (PDC)
Replace the card
with one having
identical PEC
Connect power
from PDC to
the Hub
Reinstall power
fuses for STAR
at PDC
