Use the following table to identify which circuit breaker located on the FSP is
associated with the RG that has a Fail LED lit.
RG number
0 in slot 1
1 in slot 22
Determine if the associated circuit breaker is ON or OFF.
If the circuit breaker is
ON
OFF
Set the circuit breaker to ON.
If the circuit breaker
turns OFF, and the Fail LED on the RG is lit
remains ON, and the Fail LED on the RG is not lit
remains ON, and the Fail LED on the RG is lit
Locate the fuse that powers the unit in the SRHE frame.
Determine if the fuse is blown.
If the fuse is
blown
not blown
Remove the fuse holder that contains the blown fuse.
Replace the cartridge fuse inside the fuse holder.
