Remove ac power from the RLD as follows.
if the enclosure is an indoor wall-mounted SRME, remove power at
the local ac power panel
if the enclosure is an outdoor pad or pole-mounted SRMO, set the
Rectifier circuit breaker on the ac panel to the OFF position. Then
set the Main circuit breaker on the ac panel to the OFF position.
disconnect the battery connector.
Note that the green Power On LED is not lit

The RLD is now powered down.
WARNING
Static electricity damage
Before removing the SMC card, put on a wrist strap and
connect it to the wrist strap grounding point on the TSS. This
protects the equipment against damage caused by static
electricity.
The NTTR70 is in the right card slot in the upper left side of the TSS.
Note: Record the position of the DIP switches on the SMC card.
Set the DIP switches on the replacement card to the same settings as those
on the card you have just removed.
Refer to the following tables for information about correct switch settings.
