After the protocol analyzer is reserved for DTA use, connect the protocol
analyzer to the BRI channel using the EQUIP and CONNECT commands at
the LNS;LTP;LTPDATA level. The connection between the protocol analyzer
and the monitored channel is established using nailed-up connections that
remain in place until being removed by operating company personnel using
MAP commands.
