This log is output for the
following reasons
• RLD state changed
— for ISTb and SysB, a
failure reason text is
output
— for ISTb, a log is
output for every
reason added or
removed
• switch bank is completed
whether successful or not
• RLD test failed
• file is loaded to the RLD or
the load attempt has failed
• static data updated failed
or was successful
• RLD enters or exits
overload (congestion)
The state of the RLD link
changes to ManB.

changes to RTS.
An ISDN terminal does not
support traffic.
