Insert the +15V fuse first, then the -48V fuse.
If the fuse
blows again
does not blow

Get a replacement fuse with the same voltage and amperage as the blown
fuse.

Remove the blown fuse.

Insert the replacement fuse.
If the fuse
blows again
does not blow

Determine if the drawer has any loose or short-circuited wires.
If there are
loose or short-circuited wires
no loose or short-circuited wires, the fuse you are
dealing with is a ringing fuse and you have not in-
spected all of the LSGs in the group
no loose or short-circuited wires, the fuse you are
dealing with is a ringing fuse and you have inspected
all of the LSGs in the group
no loose or short-circuited wires, the fuse you are
dealing with is one of the line drawer fuses

Reseat all the line cards in the drawer and repeat steps 18 and 19 for the next
LSG in the group.

Reseat the line cards one at a time.

For continued protection against risk of fire, replace the
blown fuse with a fuse of the same type, rating (color code),
and manufacturer.
