Clearing an Ext FSP SRHE frame major alarm
At the Star Remote Hub Equipment (SRHE) frame

Determine if any of the Converter Fail LEDs on each converter in the frame
are lit.
If
any Converter Fail LEDs are lit
no Converter Fail LEDs are lit
Determine if any of the ringing generator (RG) Fail LEDs on both RGs,
located in the control shelf, are lit.
If
any ringing generator Fail LEDs
are lit
no ringing generator Fail LEDs
are lit
Determine if any of the +5 V, +15 V, or -48 V line drawer or ringing fuses
located on the FSP are blown.
If
a fuse is blown
no fuses are blown
Determine if an alarm battery supply (ABS) fuse , located on the FSP, is blown
that is, the fuse indicator extends and the in-service LED on UMP 0/1 is not lit.
If
a fuse is blown
no fuses are blown
Obtain a replacement fuse with the same voltage and amperage as the blown
fuse.
Remove the blown fuse.
