LMU level

Posting the NTTR71AA LMU card takes you to the LMU level where
maintenance activities such as BSY and RTS are performed. In addition,
diagnostics are performed on the LMU level. The following figure provides
an example of a LMU card posted at the LMU level.

Sets a UMP circuit offline.
Posts specific test equipment for maintenance.

Quits the current TSTEQUIP level.
Returns the UMP circuit to service.
Performs diagnostics on a UMP card.
