Type Description
Status There is no frame grabber/Gigabit Ethernet camera installed
Internal Er- Could not find the camera in question in the vision server.

Internal Er- Could not find the vision model in question in the vision
ror server.
Internal Er- The camera is locked.
ror
Internal Er- Attempt to create or load a camera that already exists.
ror
Error The current frame grabber does not support the selected
video format.
Internal Er- Failed to create camera.
ror
Internal Er- The vision server could not find the acquired camera during
ror runtime.
Warning A camera is triggered too fast.
Reason: A camera was triggered before it was done analyzing
the last image. As long as there only are a few messages
there will be no lost images.
Solution: Adjust the vision models on the camera to yield a
faster analyzing time. Adjust models on other cameras since
it is the system performance in total that should be improved.
Lowering the conveyor speed will also reduce the problem,
if applicable.
Error Failed to get an image from a camera when running a project.
Reason: This error probably occurred because the system is
too heavily loaded or the frame grabber is triggered way too
fast.
Solution: Verify system load and make sure the robot control-
ler does not send faulty vision triggers.
Internal Er- Failed to create a geometric model.

Reason: See error message for more information.
Internal Er- Attempt to access a camera port on a frame grabber that does
ror not exist.
Internal Er- There is no camera port on the frame grabber specified for
ror the camera.
Solution: Open the corresponding line and configure the
camera with a camera port.
Error Could not initiate the camera at project start.
Reason: The system is probably out of resources.
Error External model failed to analyze image.
Reason: See log message for more information
Error Failed to initiate external model at project start.
Reason: See log message for more information
Error Failed to convert image to a format supported by external
vision model.
