E69 Failure rate of camera signal too large for skew damping
Error E69 is set if the bit "CAMERA_OK" was equal to 1 for a time period P312 (time window
camera fault detection TLS) in a lower percentage of SIMOTION cycles than specified in P313
(camera fault trigger threshold TLS).
The maximum value for P312 depends on the cycle time in which block DCC_SCTLS2 is
programmed. A total of 6000 cycles are possible. This is 60 seconds with a cycle time of 0.01
seconds, and 144 seconds with a cycle time of 0.024 seconds.
There is a risk that the mathematical calculation model is failing to simulate the real oscillation
with sufficient accuracy and that the skew-damping control will actually increase the level of
sway under adverse circumstances. There is no system response to this error.
Procedure in the event of an error
● Deactivate the skew-damping function.
To do this, set control bit "AS_ON" to zero.

E70 Internal value range overflow
Mechanisms are implemented in the software to prevent the variable range overflows and the
resultant transition to SIMOTION stop.
Possible causes for the error message
● Errors in TLS function parameter settings
● Erroneous input signals
The output signals can supply false values in the event of an error.
Procedure in the event of an error
● Reset the control bits "move" and "move_SkA."
● Do not utilize the skew-damping function again until the cause has been eliminated.

A number of physical quantities are limited in the software. The limits are outside the orders of
magnitude typical of cranes.
