Zero speed detection or rising edge of the TRAVEL control bit of the hoist
Positioning, sway neutralization, and semi-automatic mode:
POS_COMPLETED is reset if the distance between the actual position and the
target position is greater than the positioning accuracy P165.

The set velocity (rV_set_HO) is zero and the output velocity (rV_Pos_HO) is less
than or equal to the zero speed detection P44.
If the conditions specified above are fulfilled, the output is set with a time delay of
300 ms.
