Target positions for the hoist
During loading and unloading, the hoist target position is partially located above the last
approached height on the waterside:
a = 1.75 on unlocking (loading) or a = -0.25 on locking (unloading)

Note
If the calculated target position is outside the range limits, in a blocked region, or below the
immersion point, travel to that position will not take place. Relevant error messages are output
and movement stops in front of a variable blocked region.
Targets on the landside
On the landside, the target for the hoist is transferred from the list (index 0 or 1) and an offset
of 0.75 • P108 (container height) is added. The target for the trolley is transferred from the target
position list unchanged.
6.13.6

Offset for the target position

An externally specifiable value (S_OFFS) can be used to add an offset to the target positions
(internal targets from target generator or external targets) for the hoist and trolley.
Note
Note that this function is not identical to the fixed offset specified using parameters P35 and P36
(Chapter Automatic target specification (Page 201)). The reason for this is that the offset value
is not saved in the parameter file as a fixed value, but can rather be specified as a variable value
by the PLC.
This makes it possible to apply temporary or repeatedly occurring necessary corrections to the
target position. As this is only intended for correction purposes, the value range is limited to INT
(+/- 32767 mm). The sign is also evaluated. A recalculation is performed if the offset is changed
during travel in semi-automatic mode (SAM).
