Structure of the function module

The structure of the function modules comprises an MCC source file and an MCC chart. In
cyclical operation, the receive blocks are processed first, followed by the send blocks. A
separate MCC source file with an MCC chart is stored for the optional camera measuring
system.
The "AddOnMCC" MCC chart is processed in the "AddOn" MCC source file.
The "CameraMCC" and "CAM_MV440_MMC" MCC charts are processed in the "Camera"
MCC source file.
Processing in the "AddOnMCC" MCC chart
The function blocks in the module "Receive PLC" read the PROFIBUS DP / PROFINET PN
input area for the associated block and write it to the unit-global variables.
The function blocks in the module "Send PLC" read the associated blocks from the unit-global
variables and write them to the PROFIBUS DP / PROFINET PN output area.
The module "Receive TO" receives the values for the current positions and velocities from the
technology object. See Table 3-4 Variables technology object → AddOn technology (Page 36).
The values for the output velocities are transferred to the technology object in the module "Send
TO". See Table 3-5 Variables AddOn technology → technology object (Page 36).
The data from SIMOCRANE Basic Technology is received in the module "Receive BT".
See Table 3-2 Variables Basic Technology → AddOn technology (Page 35).
The POS_COMPLETED status bit is transferred to SIMOCRANE Basic Technology in the
module "Send BT".
