The velocity is not monitored when the following error parameter of the drive (P161, P164) is
set to zero.
Remedy:
Check position values and transfer of the output velocity.

Monitoring of start of sway control

The warning E65 "Sway control off (start)" occurs when the set activation velocity (P146) has
not yet been attained or the sway control switch-on delay (P147) has not yet expired. For the
activation velocity, a hysteresis of ± 5 % applies to prevent a continuous connection and
disconnection of the sway control system.
The sway control start monitoring with the P146, P147, and P148 parameters is only effective
in manual mode (MAN).
10.4

Monitoring the oscillation state

When the sway control system is operating correctly, it eliminates sway motions according to
the parameterized accuracy settings.
However, in certain situations it is possible that the function of the sway control is only limited
or not working at all. These situations might be caused, for example, by external interferences,
commissioning errors or hardware faults.
The monitoring of the oscillation state described in the further chapters serves to identify these
situations and to initiate suitable reactions.
Note
Monitoring of the oscillation state is only active with STS cranes (P102, selection 0 = ON).
Basis for the calculation
The oscillation state monitoring functions are implemented on the basis of the oscillation model.
Note
The results of the oscillation model are only synchronized with the measured values supplied
by the camera if the reflector is within the line-of-sight of the camera. This is the case when
when the CAMERA_OK status bit is set.
