During travel: The actual position has violated a fixed or variable blocked region. The course
has deviated too far from the setpoint.

E38 (Bit 25) Target in fixed blocked region
SAM mode only
The target position is in a fixed blocked region. No direction signals are set.

The difference between the actual and the delayed output position is greater than the set
permissible following error (P161)
