Option A3F shown in Figure 2-22 allows an HP E1413/E1313 to be connected
to an HP E1586A Rack Mount Terminal Panel. The A3F option for the
HP E1413 provides 4 SCSI plugs on a Terminal Module and the option for the
HP E1313 provides 2 SCSI plugs on a Terminal Module. For HP E1313s with
64-channels, use an additional Option A3F Terminal Module.

The Option A3F Terminal Module enables connections to an HP E1586A
Rack Mount Terminal Panel. Note that to connect all 64-channels, two
HP E1586A Rack Mount Terminal Panels are required. Figure 2-25 shows
how to connect the Terminal Module to the HP E1413 A/D Module. See
" Connecting and Mounting the HP E1586A Rack Mount Terminal Panel"
on page 61 for information on connecting the HP E1586A Rack Mount
Terminal Panel.
