2. If you have a configuration that provides direct VXI backplane
access (VXLINK, MXI, Embedded), you need to configure the
HP VEE I/O to be able to directly access the HP E1313/E1413 FIFO
register and the CVT table.
Configuring to access the FIFO is done by selecting:

Instrument
Highlight the HP E1313/E1413 in your system
Edit instrument
A16 Space Config...
Then set the following fields:
Byte Access D16
Word Access D16
Long Word Access (D32)
Name Offset Format
FIFO 32 Real 32
The FIFO register, which is the top of the 64K reading first in first
out hardware, is located in A16 address space at offset 32. Each time
this register is read, one reading is removed from the hardware FIFO.
