Remedy
(1)Check the following settings.
·Correct the job so that the setting value of tag is allowable value.
·Set the allowance amount of the tool data automatic setting function maximum
deviation (S3C1192) to large value.
(1)Reset the alarm, and then try again.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, save the CMOS.BIN in maintenance mode, and
then contact your YASKAWA representative about occurrence status (operating
procedure).
