Meaning Cause
No response was sent from the Software operation error
Main CPU board when the control occurred
power turned ON.
Main CPU board failure
No response was sent from the Setting error
servo board #1 when the control
power turned ON.
In this case, the FS100 may make
wrong judgement that a signal
such as external hold signal is
input. However, it is caused by the
communication error with Servo
control board #1. Therefore,
execute the following measure.
Connection failure
Servo control board failure
Main CPU board failure
No response was sent from the Setting error
Servo control board #2 when the
control power turned ON.

Remedy
(1)Turn the power OFF then back ON.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, replace the controller. Save the CMOS.BIN before
replacement to be safe.
(1)Turn the power OFF then back ON.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, replace the controller. Save the CMOS.BIN before
replacement to be safe.
(1)Turn the power OFF then back ON.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, replace the controller. Save the CMOS.BIN before
replacement to be safe.
