was made to execute another job
by the sub task.

task uses the same group axis.
Remedy
(1)Reset the alarm.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, replace controller. Save the CMOS.BIN before
replace controller to be safe.
(1)Reset the alarm.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, initialize the laser tracking track start file in
maintenance mode, and then load the laser tracking track start file saved in the
external memory device.
(1)Reset the alarm.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, replace controller. Save the CMOS.BIN before
replace controller to be safe.
(1)Reset the alarm.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, initialize the laser tracking track set file in
maintenance mode, and then load the laser tracking track set file saved in the
external memory device.
(1)Reset the alarm.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, replace controller. Save the CMOS.BIN before
replace controller to be safe.
(1)Reset the alarm.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, initialize the condition file of corresponding to laser
tracking gap in maintenance mode, and then load the condition file of
corresponding to laser tracking gap saved in the external memory device.
(1)Reset the alarm.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, replace controller. Save the CMOS.BIN before
replace controller to be safe.
(1)Reset the alarm.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, turn the power OFF then back ON.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, replace controller. Save the CMOS.BIN before
replace controller to be safe.
(1)Check the following settings.
·The subtask is completed by the PWAIT instruction.
(1)Check the following settings.
·The job to be started
·The execution timing for start command
