Remedy
Check the following settings.
·The tools or the mass of the workpieces
Remove interference with the workpiece and peripheral device.
Correct the job whether load late does not exceed 100%.
(1)Check that 24V is generated to the brake bolt of the following terminals.
·Motor brake terminal
(2)If the alarm occurs again, replace controller. Save the CMOS.BIN before
replace controller to be safe.
(1)Reset the alarm.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, replace the following cables.
·The wire harness in the robot.
(1)Reset the alarm.
(2)If the alarm occurs again, replace controller. Save the CMOS.BIN before
replace controller to be safe.
(1)Reset the alarm
(2)If the alarm occurs again, replace controller. Save the CMOS.BIN before
replace controller to be safe.
Check the following settings.
