Meaning Cause
The Corner-R motion cannot be Setting error
used for coordinated motion
(with master manipulators).
The Corner-R motion cannot be Setting error
used for MOVC, MOVS, and
EIMOVC instructions.
Different tool numbers are set in a Setting error
Corner-R zone (for the Corner-R
middle step and end step).
The Corner-R motion is disabled Setting error
during conveyor tracking.
Arithmetic error occurred when Setting error
calculating the acceleration and
deceleration time for the Corner-R
operation
The Corner-R motion is disabled Setting error
to start during continuous motion.
