Usage Guide: When a port is a static mrouter port while also a dynamic mrouter port, it
should be taken as a static mrouter port. Deleting static mrouter port can only be realized
by the "no

Usage Guide: Enable the function that the specified VLAN learns mrouter-port
(according to pim packets). After a port received pim packets, it will be set to mrouter port
for implementing the automatic learning.
