KNUCKLE BEARING REPLACEMENT
Remove the dust seals from the knuckle.
Remove the snap ring and drive the bearing out of
the knuckle.
Pack the cavities of a new bearing with grease.
Drive in the bearing squarely with the marked side
facing up until it is fully seated.
TOOLS:
Driver 07749-0010000
Attachment, 52 x 55 mm 07746-0010400
Pilot, 30 mm 07746-0040700
Install the snap ring into the knuckle groove with the
chamfered edge facing
Apply grease to a new outer dust seal lip and install
it using the same tools until it is flush with the
knuckle end.
