Cause/Action
Recover after the [OK] or [Close] button is pressed or message is displayed for specified time.
1.Check if this device can communicate by network with the forwarding destination SMB server. For
example, check the following. -Check connection of network cable. -Check TCP/IP setting. -Check com-
munication with Port 137(UDP), 138(UDP), and 139(TCP).
2.For communication beyond the sub net, check setting of WINS server and if server name can be
resolved correctly.
