    1 Before Using the Machine Energy Saver Mode The machine is equipped with the Energy Saver mode that reduces the power consumption by saving the electricity to the machine when no copy or print data is received for a specified time. The Energy Saver feature has two modes: Low Power mode and Sleep mode.

    Use a broom or a wet cloth to wipe off spilled toner. Never use a vacuum cleaner for the spills. It may catch fire by electric sparks inside the vacuum cleaner and cause explosion. If you spill a large volume of toner, contact your local Fuji Xerox representative.

    Common Service Settings Audio Tones Select whether to sound an alarm when a job ends or a fault occurs. Control Panel Alert Tone Set the volume to be sounded when a button that cannot be selected is selected, or an error occurs.
