062-276 IIT System Error
BSD-ON:-
Detected IIT internal communication error.
Cause/Action
1. Turn the power OFF and ON.
2. If the problem persists, replace the ESS PWB.
062-277 DADF Communication Fail
BSD-ON:CH3.2
Transmission cannot be established between the ESS PWB and the DADF PWB.
Cause/Action
1. Turn the power OFF and ON.
2. Turn the Power OFF and check for disconnection, shortage or contact failure of wire between ESS
PWB J14 and DADF PWB J751, J752.
3. If no problem is found, replace the following parts in sequence:
• DADF PWB (PL 56.2)
• ESS PWB (PL 18.2)
062-300 Platen Interlock Open
BSD-ON:CH6.1
Any of the following was detected:
• ADF Job was blocked by opening the Platen Cover.
• Platen Cover was opened when the document was set in DADF.
• Platen Cover was opened while performing a Job specified by DADF.
Cause/Action
Check the following:
• The DADF for improper closing.
• Malfunction of Platen Close Sensor: IIT Input[062-300]
• Disconnection, shortage or contact failure of wire between Platen Close Sensor
PWB J19.
If no problem is found, replace the ESS PWB.

Cause/Action
1. Turn the power OFF and ON.
2. Install the latest F/W.

Failed to initialize IIT.
Cause/Action
1. Turn the power OFF and ON.
2. Install the latest F/W.
3. If the problem persists, replace the ESS PWB.
062-317 IIT Video Overrun
BSD-ON:-
Detected interference buffer full during DADF scan.
Cause/Action
1. Turn the power OFF and ON.
2. Install the latest F/W.
3. If the problem persists, replace the ESS PWB.
062-318 IIT Scan Timing Error
BSD-ON:-
Scan setting did not make it in time during Page Gap.
Cause/Action
and ESS
1. Turn the power OFF and ON.
2. Install the latest F/W.
3. If the problem persists, replace the ESS PWB.
