Ensure the S1
switch is in the "with
detection" position.
Disconnect S11. Is input
channel one closed? Also, is
there less than 68 Ohms and more
than 21 Vdc between S11/S12?
Disconnect S21. Is input channel two
closed? Also, is there less than 68
Ohms and more than 21 Vdc
between S21/S22?

S11/S12.
Reconnect S11
(and S21).
Safety module has
failed. Replace the
module.
Reconnect S11.
Correct/replace the
external sensor(s),
wiring, supply
voltage, etc.
