Initial Positioning Action Number Enable
m+5
Selects either the data stored in words m+2 (X axis) and m+6 (Y axis) or the data stored in
parameter addresses 2002 (X axis) and 6002 (Y axis) for the initial positioning action.
• When set to "0":
1. The positioning action stored in parameter addresses 2002 and 6002 will be executed under the

• When set to "1":
The positioning action stored in words m+2 and m+6 will be executed.
02
ORIGIN SEARCH
When this bit is turned ON (↑), the origin search operation begins and the proximity signal and
origin signal are used to find the origin.
03
ORIGIN RETURN
When this bit is turned ON (↑), the origin return operation begins and positioning returns to the
origin. This command can only be used when the position of the origin is already clearly
established.
04
RELEASE PROHIBIT
When this bit is turned ON (↑), it clears the pulse output prohibition that goes into effect after the
trailing edge (↓) of an input for an emergency stop, CW limit, or CCW limit.
Note When pulse output is stopped after an emergency stop, it is also necessary to clear the emer-
05
READ ERROR
When there are two or more errors, turning ON (↑) this bit causes the status area (X axis: s+1; Y
axis: s+9) to be read.
06
CHANGE SPEED / DEFINE INTERRUPT INPUT SIGNAL
• When the interrupt input signal type (X: 2028; Y: 6028) is set to "0":
1. When this bit is set to "1":
2. When this bit is set to "0":
• When the interrupt input signal type (X: 2028; Y: 6028) is set to "1":
When this bit is turned ON (↑), the speed is changed to the speed number in bits 07 to 00 of
words m+4 (X axis) and m+8 (Y axis).
07
Override enable
• If this bit is set to "1" when the START command is executed, the override for bits 07 to 00 of words
m+4 (X axis) and m+8 (Y axis) will be enabled. The override will remain enabled even if bit 12 of
word m+2 (X axis) or m+6 (Y axis) turns ON.
• If this bit is set to "0" when the START command is executed, the override will be fixed at 1.0.
08
RESET PRESENT POSITION
When this bit is turned ON (↑), the present position is forcibly changed to the value set in
parameter addresses 2022 (X axis) and 6022 (Y axis).
following conditions:
1) When operation is first started after powerup.
2) When starting after a bank end.
3) When starting after a positioning action at address 1499 (X axis) or 5499 (Y axis) has been
executed.
ber of the previously executed positioning action + 1) will be executed.
gency stop switch.
When the interrupt input turns ON (↑), the speed is changed to the speed number in bits 07 to 00
of words m+4 (X axis) and m+8 (Y axis).
1) If the interrupt input signal emergency stop parameter is set to "0," a deceleration stop is
executed when the interrupt input turns ON (↑).
2) If the interrupt input signal emergency stop parameter is set to "1," an emergency stop is
executed when the interrupt input turns ON (↑).
*Speed changes are only enabled for the START command.
