Either of the methods described in the following table can be used.
By
When interrupt input signal type is 1. Turning ON (↑) bit 06 of words
command
By
When one of the following applies:
external
1. Interrupt input signal type: 0; bit
interrupt
06 of words m+1 (X axis) and
m+5 (Y axis): 1
2. Interrupt input signal type: 1; in-
terrupt input signal definition: 1
Note If the value set in bits 07 to 00 of words m+4 (X axis) and m+8 (Y axis) is 00, the
speed set for the speed number immediately after the one currently being
executed will be taken as the target speed.
STOP is enabled during operations involving pulse output. The acceleration/de-
celeration pattern that is followed varies as follows:
1. During positioning: The acceleration/deceleration pattern for the positioning
action is followed.
2. During an origin search: The origin search acceleration/deceleration pat-
tern is followed.
3. During high-speed jogging: The high-speed jogging acceleration/decelera-
tion pattern is followed.
4. During low-speed jogging: Stops without using deceleration.
5. During interrupt feeding (completion code 5): With the first STOP command,
positioning (interrupt feeding) is executed by the positioning action. With the
second STOP command, that positioning is interrupted and decelerated to a
stop according to the positioning action's acceleration/deceleration pattern.
Operation cannot be restarted as long as the STOP command bit (word
m+1/m+5, bit 15) is ON.
When the origin search mode is set to 0 or 1, after the pulse output is completed,
the Busy Flag will turn OFF if the Unit stops with the deceleration stop.
When the origin search mode is set to 2 or 3, after the Positioning Completed
signal from the servomotor driver turns ON, the Busy Flag will turn OFF if the Unit
stops with the deceleration stop.

m+1 (X axis) and m+5 (Y axis)
changes the speed to the speed
number set in bits 07 to 00 of
words m+4 (X axis) and m+8 (Y
axis). (See note.)
Turning ON (↑) an interrupt
signal changes the speed to the
speed number set in bits 07 to
00 of words m+4 (X axis) and
m+8 (Y axis). (See note.)
