100/axis for acceleration and deceleration together.
0 to 99,999 pulses
Position compensation
--999999 to 999999 pulses
--9999.99 to 9999.99 mm
--999.999 to 999.999 inch
Zone Flags turn ON when present position is within specified range. Up to eight
zones can be set.
The present position is changed to the value set here.
--9999999 to 9999999 pulses
--9999.999 to 9999.999 mm
--999.9999 to 999.9999 inch
1 to 100 pulses. The specified number of pulses is output when the INCHING
command turns ON.
Origin proximity: selectable
(absent, N.O. input, or N.C. input).
Origin signal: selectable
(N.O. input or N.C. input)
Origin compensation: --9999 to 9999 pulses
--999.9 to 999.9 mm
--99.99 to 99.99 inch
Origin search speed: May be set to high speed or proximity speed.
Origin search method: May be set to stop upon origin signal after proximity signal
has turned ON, or to stop upon receiving the Z-phase signal or positioning
completed signal after the proximity signal has turned OFF.
N.O. = Normally open
N.C. = Normally closed
Jogging (high-speed or low-speed) or inching
30 dwell times can be set for both axes together. 0 to 9,990 ms (Unit: 10 ms)
Operation is decelerated to a stop according to the designated deceleration pattern
when the command or interrupt input is received. (During low-speed jogging,
operation is stopped immediately without first decelerating.)
The speed is changed to the designated speed when the command or interrupt
input is received.
With a command from the PC, the present position is written to the positioning
action corresponding to the teaching data address.
With CHANGE PRESENT POSITION command, the present position is forcibly
changed to the value set for the parameter.
The target speed can be changed during positioning by applying a speed coefficient
of 10% to 200%.
1) EEPROM data (positioning actions, parameters, acceleration/deceleration
patterns, speeds, dwell times) can be read to and written from internal RAM by
means of EEPROM READ and EEPROM WRITE commands.
2) Data from internal RAM can be read to a floppy disk or the hard disk by means of
NC Support Tool.
